I’m delighted to share with those reading this about a scholarship for college students who reside in NH and MA and play golf and/or work in the golf industry. I serve on the board of this terrific non-profit organization. Having paid for my college education myself at the University of Massachusetts (yup…tuition, books and fees paid by moi) I know first hand of what scholarships like these can do to help defray the costs of an education.  Kim

Joseph F. Healey Memorial Scholarship

The Board of Directors of the Joseph F. Healey Memorial Golf Tournament is pleased to announce the Joseph F. Healey Memorial Scholarship to those students enrolled full-time in any educational program above the high school-level at the time of the announcement of the award. The scholarship is open to all students who either work in the golf industry or are members of golf clubs in either Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Additionally, all applicants must reside in either Massachusetts or New Hampshire. The Joseph F. Healey organization has helped students to meet the rising costs of a college education by awarding nearly $20,000 in scholarships to date. Applications are available online now
